Shipping and Returns
Shipping
Every US order ships flat rate for $9.95 by USPS Priority and arrives in 2 to 3 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email when the parcel ships.
Paper and sketchbooks are wrapped in kraft paper and boxed with corner protection. Easels and drawing boards ship in a separate box at no extra charge.
Returns
You may return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price, provided it is unused and in its original condition. Paper products must be unmarked and paint unopened. Email [email protected] with your order number and we will send a return address and instructions. Refunds are issued by bank transfer within five business days of the return arriving.
If an item arrives damaged, send a photo to the same address within seven days and we will replace it or refund it, whichever you prefer, and cover the return.
