Every US order ships flat rate for $9.95 by USPS Priority and arrives in 2 to 3 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email when the parcel ships.

We do not ship outside the United States at the moment.
How we pack
Paper and sketchbooks are wrapped in kraft paper and boxed with corner protection. Easels and drawing boards ship in a separate box at no extra charge. Paint tins and ink bottles are packed upright in paper. We use no plastic air pillows.
Returns
You may return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price, provided it is unused and in its original condition. Paper products must be unmarked and paint unopened.
How to return
- Email [email protected] with your order number and the items you are returning.
- We reply with a return address and instructions within one business day.
- Pack the items securely and send them by a tracked service.
Damaged or wrong items
If an item arrives damaged, send a photo to the same address within seven days and we will replace it or refund it, whichever you prefer, and cover the return. If we sent the wrong item, we pay for both directions.
Refunds
Refunds are issued by bank transfer within five business days of the return arriving. Original shipping is refunded only when the item was damaged or wrong.
