Acme Online operates acmeonline.store. This policy explains what we collect when you use the site and how we use it.
What we collect
- Order information: name, billing and shipping address, email address, phone number and the items you purchase.
- Payment details: settled by bank transfer against an emailed invoice. We do not see or store card numbers.
- Account information, if you create an account: login email and order history.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type and pages visited, through standard server logs and the cookies needed to keep your cart and session working.
How we use it
To fulfil and ship your order, send order updates, answer support requests, prevent fraud and meet legal and record-keeping obligations. If you sign up for the Thursday letter we use your email address only to send it. We do not sell personal information.
Sharing
Only with the carriers who deliver your order, the bank that settles your payment, and the service providers who host this site.
Retention and your choices
Order records are kept for seven years for tax and compliance reasons. Email [email protected] to access, correct or delete your information, subject to the records we must keep.

Strictly necessary cookies for the cart, checkout and login. We do not run advertising or tracking cookies.
